Hello,

This may be a little longer than normal but I think it would be difficult to sum up the great care I received in only a few words.  I am a new patient and have had my previous dentist for 16 years.  I decided it was time for a change and was looking for dental care that was closer to home.  There were several things that drew me to your office.  First was location, 1 mile from my home in Rocklin, second was the unbelievable price of your full exam including full digital mouth x-rays, which were very cool I might add.  Here is what will keep me coming back though; fast friendly service is only the beginning.  I am no stranger to the dental chair as one look at my x-rays reveals, so I know when a procedure is being rushed and I know when I am receiving top notch care from somebody who cares about their patients and the work that they do.  I received such treatment from Toni who performed the most detailed cleaning I have ever received.  She was such a perfectionist that half way through the first sessions she recommended that I may want to schedule another cleaning to make sure she had the time to focus on doing the job right and not compromise good work.  I was told the cost of this and actually had no problem setting up another appointment the next day to complete what was by far the best cleaning I have ever had.  Toni went into detail about how I should care for my gum line and set an appointment a little sooner than normal to check the progress of a problem area.  I can tell that Toni really cares for her patients and the well being of their teeth and gums.  I have a new willingness to take a few extra moments a day to care for my teeth now and I attribute that to the care Toni has shown me.  Your staff is great!  I look forward to being a patient for years to come.

Hi Drs. Dubanski and Lee,

A note to thank you for my recent dental services.  I had a nice experience.  As a new patient, it was important to me, to find someone I could bond with, and you met those expectations.  Your staff is friendly and caring.  I enjoyed your professionalism, knowledge, and ability to put me at ease.  Friendly conversation helped accomplish this.  Also thanks for being as gentle as possible, always asking how I was doing.  It goes a long way.

Drs. Dubanski and Lee,

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to you and your wonderful staff.  I can’t tell you enough how refreshing it is to know that one no longer has to dread going to the dentist or having to see a hygienist that uses a pitch fork to probe under your gum line.  I have had the most pleasurable and pain free visits with your hygienists, Toni and Mitzi.  I have finally found a dental practice that is enjoyable to go to and because of that, my teeth and gums will be healthier too.  Thank you again, and I look forward to my next visit.

I’ve always taken good care of my mouth and I’m real picky about who I allow to work on it.  When Drs. Dubanski and Lee moved to new offices, I moved with them; I’m willing to spend an extra half-hour on the road in order to get the best dental care available.
